Print Labels for Current List
General Information
This screen enables you to select the
type of mailing, type of mailing piece, and output format for the
current list.
Note: M.O.M. has the ability to
pre-sort a mailing per zip code. It is highly recommended that you
obtain the best bulk mailing discount available from the USPS, and
to use an external package such as Accumail to print and pre-sort a
large mailing.
How to Use the Screens
Use the fields and selection options
for each information category to prepare your mailing and customize
your label print output. Use the PREVIEW MAILING COSTS button to
view postage costs based on your selections on the screen. Use the
other buttons at the bottom of the screen to print the USPS 3600
Report, Qualifying Report, sack and tray labels and listing, and
the actual mailing labels.

Sample
Information
When you are preparing a mailing for
the USPS, you need to know the exact weight and thickness of each
piece. Because it may be difficult to weigh and/or measure one
single catalog, M.O.M. lets you use several catalogs for the sample
weight and thickness. Enter the NUMBER IN SAMPLE corresponding to
the number of catalogs you are weighing and measuring. Then enter
the SAMPLE THICKNESS in inches and SAMPLE WEIGHT in ounces. M.O.M.
automatically does the arithmetic for you to produce the weight and
thickness for one single catalog.
POSTAGE PAYMENT - select the method of
postage payment from the scrollable list of options.

this box to print the M.O.M. customer number on each label.
PRINT OPTIONAL ENDORSEMENT LINE ON

on the label. The Endorsement Line can be used in lieu of applying
the USPS "3-digit," "5-digit," "ADC" and "Mixed ADC" stickers on
the pieces in the mailing.
SOURCE KEY TO BE PRINTED ON LABEL -
Enter a key code to be printed on the labels. This is typically an
advertising source key to identify response for a particular
mailing, but could be a short message. Note: If a Source Key for List has been
entered, it is displayed here for you automatically, but can be
cleared. If you have entered source keys for individual Selection
Statements on the List Query screen, this field is not available
and these Selection Statement source keys are automatically printed
on the labels.
