Print Customer Statements
General Information
This screen enables you to select
certain parameters associated with the printing of customer
statements. Only those customers with "unbalanced" accounts have
statements printed for them.
How to Use the Screen
Make entries in those fields that
apply.
PRODUCE STATEMENTS FOR ANY RECEIVABLES
PAST DUE BY... - select to include accounts up to 999 days past
due. Most often this entry would be a standard aging increment;
e.g., 30, 60, 90, etc.
Note: To print statements for invoices
that will be due prior to the due date, a negative value can be
used. For example, "-30" for invoices that will be due for the next
30 days.
INCLUDE ORDERS PRE-PAID BY CHECK -
check this box and paid accounts that have not yet been invoiced
will also be included. In these cases, the statements will reflect
a credit to the customer.
SPECIFIC CUSTOMER NUMBER - select to
run a statement just for one specific customer by entering that
customer's number in this field.
STATEMENT MEMO - type in a memo to be
printed on all statements in this run. Typically, this memo is used
to advise customers about finance charges being applied to their
account, but can be used for just about any purpose.
