Check Create FedEx Ship Manager
Cafe File in the FEDEX SHIP MANAGER section of the
screen.

must have the Print Shipping Manifest/Report
checked for the information to be created in the FedEx
file.
Using the
Interface
For each run of Stage 10, Shipping, in the Batch Order Processing function, M.O.M.
creates a batch file named FEXmmdd.nnn where mm = the month, dd = the day of the month, and
nnn = the order processing
cycle run for the day; e.g., 001 is the first run of order
processing that day, 002 is the second, etc. Therefore, there is no
chance of overwriting any information. This file is referred to as
the Ship Manager Cafe file by FedEx.
The Ship Manager Cafe file contains information on each box in
every order being processed with a FedEx method of shipment. This
file needs to be imported into the Ship Manager software system for
paperwork printing and shipment. Refer to your Ship Manager
software documentation for more information.
Once the packages are shipped by FedEx Ship Manager software, use
the Import Shipping Data File function in Batch Order Processing to
import the tracking numbers.
