Information
This screen tab contains a selectable list of the orders on file
for the customer.

How to
Use the Screen
You may select an order from the list to view and/or edit it by
double clicking with your mouse or by pressing the ENTER key. When
you SAVE the order after viewing, M.O.M. returns to the order
list.
The list may be sorted using any column heading either in ascending
or descending sequence. Click on the column heading to change the
sort sequence.
Optionally, use the PRINT button to print a formatted list of the
orders displayed on this screen.
Column Headings
ORDER - the order number
ORDERED - the date the order was entered in the system.
SHIPPED - the most recent date of shipment for the order.
QUANTITY - the total number of line items on the order.
VALUE - the total dollar value of the order.
STATUS - the current status for the order in regards to shipment
and payment. Three status' apply: completed, uncompleted, and
cancelled.
REFERENCE - the purchase order number for the order when one
applies.
USED AS - indicates how the customer name/address in the Customer
Information screen was used in that order; i.e., as the billing
address, shipping address, gift recipient, or sold-to address.
Filtering the List
ONLY DISPLAY ORDERS WITH A
STATUS OF: Filter the list by an
order status in the drop down menu.
AMOUNT OF: Filter the list for orders
that greater than or equal to the amount entered.
QUANTITY OF: Filter the list for
orders that have a number of items greater than or equal to the
specified number.
ORDERED DATE: Enter a date range that
you wish to filter the list on.
Select Process to apply the filters
or Reset to
clear your selections.
