List of Ship-to/Gift Recipients for Order

General Information

This pop-up list screen in the Multi-Ship/ Gift-to tab of the order entry screen, contains the customers who are already associated with the order at the point that the list is displayed. For instance, if the order only has a billing address so far, but will have ten different shipping addresses when completed, only the billing address is displayed. If, on the other hand, the order is finished being entered, the list displays eleven names/addresses - the one billing address and the ten shipping addresses.

How to Use the Screen

If the name/address is already on the list, select the name.

If the name/address is not on the list, press NEW to display the Customer Lookup screen to search or enter the new name/address for the order.
