AmazonĀ® Merchant Settings Tab
General Information
Click on ADD A NEW ACCOUNT. For users
with multiple Amazon accounts, choose to connect this account to a
preset Store Code.
Merchant Seller Name - Enter
the Merchant Name you are using in Amazon.
MERCHANT LOGIN ID - Required - Enter the Login ID used to access the
Merchant Seller Account.
MERCHANT PASSWORD - Required - Enter the Password used to
access the Merchant Seller Account.
MERCHANT TOKEN - Required - Enter the Merchant Token
number given by Amazon.
Once the required information is
entered, click the TEST CONNECTION TO AMAZON button to verify.
Batch Processing Sequence
This is a list of the different
processes M.O.M. will run during the communication with Amazon.
Miscellaneous
SOURCE KEY - Enter a Source Key to assign to all of the orders
originating from Amazon.
SHIPPING METHOD -Required- Enter the shipping method to
apply to all the orders that do not have a shipping method
specified.
ORDER PRIORITY- Select if you wish to have the Amazon orders
have a higher Order Processing priority than other orders in the
system.
PRODUCT FOR ITEM ON THE FLY- Required- Enter the item you wish to
use as a substitute for items that you sell in Amazon but have not
setup in M.O.M.
SALES ID- Enter a Sales ID to assign to all of the orders
originating from Amazon.
ORDER TYPE - Enter an order type to assign to all of the orders
originating from Amazon.
PAYMENT METHOD - Select a payment method to use to record the
pre-payment from Amazon.
USE AMAZON'S CHARGE WHEN SHIPPED FUNCTIONALITY - This option
will prevent Amazon from charging the customers account until the
shipping information is uploaded from M.O.M.

Inventory
INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for
publishing your inventory to Amazon:

Take ____ units from available units
for sale - this option will display the specified number of
units from your current non-committed units in stock.

___ % OF
AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of
units from your current non-committed units in stock as your
inventory level for Amazon.
