Membership Plan Activity Report
General
Information
This screen enables you to generate a report to view the Club
Membership activity.
Some examples of scenarios for this
report are 1.) to find which customer have cancelled a club
membership plan, 2.) to find which plans are suspended, or 3.) to
find out, on a fixed plan, which club membership plans are
expiring.
How to
Use the Screen

In
the SELECT FOR CLUB MEMBER section, choose either All Club Members,
A given Club member or A given Club Member Range.

In
the SELECT FOR BILL-TO section, choose either All Bill-To, A Given
Bill-To or A Given Bill-To Range.

In
the SELECT FOR JOIN ORDER & SHIPMENT DATE RANGE section, choose
either A Given Join Order Number Range, A Given Join Order Range, A
Give Last Shipment Date Range, A Given Next Shipment Date Range or
All.

Optionally, in the CLUB CODE & PRODUCT section, select the CLUB
MEMBERSHIP CODE button to specify which club membership plans you
want to include and/or select the TRIGGER/AUTO REPEAT PRODUCT
button to select the trigger product or the product which has been
set to auto repeat shipment.

Optionally, in the STATUS section, select any of the following:

Active- the Club Member currently has
pending shipments left in a new membership

Active (Renewal)- the Club Member
currently has pending shipments left in a renewed membership.

Suspended- the Club Member's status was manually changed to
Suspended.

Cancelled- the Club Member's status was manually changed to
Cancelled

Inactive- the Club Member's status is was Active but there are no
shipments left or there is a renewal but the Club Member's status
was changed to Cancelled.

Optionally, in the USER INFO section, select the PROCESSING CLERK
button to select the user that processed, modified or created the
club membership plan.

Optionally, in the SHIPMENT INFO section, select the specific
number of shipments for a club member ship plan either sent or
remaining.

Press the PROCESS button.
