General Information
This report lists any orders that were lost because an item was
deleted from an order or because the entire order was
cancelled.

over the fields to view a description of the field.

Field definitions for the Lost Sales Report
Order Number - The order
number assigned by M.O.M.
Product Description - Description for the deleted
item.
Quantity - Number of units of the deleted item.
Price - Current selling price of the deleted
item.
Discount. - The discount (if any) applied to the current
selling price of the deleted item.
Date Ordered - Entry date of the item/order.
Date Cancelled - Date item was deleted or order was
cancelled.
Reason - User-defined reason why the item was deleted or the
order was cancelled.
By - User ID of the person who deleted the item or cancelled
the order.
Notation - User-assigned notes concerning the deletion or
cancellation.
